The Red Brick's version of the Stanley Cup or the Super Bowl Trophy is the Patriots Cup. This trophy is given to the overall first place team at the Red Brick Bench Press Championships. The winner will keep it for that one year but must return by the next Red Brick Bench Press Championships. We expect the Trophy to be kept in good condition and displayed with pride with the winning team returning to reclaim it for yet another year.
Past winners of the Red Brick Overall Team Championship has been Potter's Jim, Falls Fitness, Lockport Powerlifters and last year the Tonawanda Barbenders. No team has yet won it twice. Will that end this year or will a new team come in and take it.
We are honored to present the Andrew F. Hoetzl Cup Trophy for the Police Division Team winners. This trophy was named for former Niagara County Sheriff Deputy and Air Force Reservist Andrew F. Hoetzl. This Trophy must also be displayed with pride and returned each year by the winning team. The Niagara County Sheriffs Dept. Correctional team is last years first winner of this trophy edging out a strong U.S. Border Patrol Team.
